James Irvine's journey began on Wall Street, but his passion for innovation led him to dive headfirst into the startup world. Working as a pitch advisor for several accelerators, James honed his skills in identifying promising ventures and refining their presentations. This experience brought him full circle, leveraging his financial expertise as a CFO for growing companies. Today, James combines his Wall Street savvy with his startup insights as an investor in early-stage ventures. He is also a part of Seed Funders, further solidifying his role in the startup investment ecosystem and expanding his ability to support promising early-stage companies.

Roxette Irvine brings a wealth of experience from being part of successful exits in both the med-tech and software sectors. Her strategic insights, gained from these experiences and her time at a Fortune 500 company, provide invaluable guidance to startups navigating their growth trajectories. Roxette's passion for nurturing innovation led her to become the Managing Director of The LAB Miami, a role that established her as a pivotal community builder in the tech industry. Her efforts have been instrumental in fostering connections, facilitating collaborations, and driving the growth of Miami's vibrant startup ecosystem.

Together, James and Roxette founded the Founder Institute Florida chapter, launched Pitch Night, and established 305Works. Their combined expertise spans the entire startup lifecycle, from ideation to exit. Today, they focus their efforts on providing comprehensive fundraising support and investing in early-stage startups with high growth potential.
